working at TLC. Please read the following terms and conditions:

We have a 4-week cancellation policy, which requires parents to notify us four weeks in advance for any missed sessions that will take place.
Parents must also inform us 4 weeks in advance if they wish to cancel any session(s) absolutely.
Payments are made 4 weeks in advance; any missed sessions that are not pre booked (4 weeks in advance) will be charged at full price.
We ask all parents to encourage their children to complete their homework in full, thus we take no responsibility for the rate of progression due to external facts and the independent needs of individual students.
